Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Processing Clerk to join our produce processing team. This role is responsible for the preparation, processing, and handling of fresh fruits and vegetables, with a strong focus on juicing operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process fresh fruits and vegetables according to production schedules and SOPs
- Operate juicing and processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Wash, peel, cut, juice, strain, and package produce products
- Accurately measure yields, volumes, and batch quantities
- Label, date, and store finished products correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and processing equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory rotation (FIFO), waste reduction, and yield optimization
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or shortages to supervisors
- Support other processing tasks as required

Primary Area of Expertise
- Juicing operations (citrus, fruits, vegetables)
- Understanding of juice yields, consistency, and quality control
- Comfortable working with commercial food processing equipment

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in food processing, produce handling, or juicing preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and production standards
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment
- Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable
- Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
