We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Fleet Unit Manager to join our Alberta Branch, reporting directly to the AVP, Head of Underwriting. This role will primarily support our Alberta broker partners.

Minimum 10 years of commercial auto insurance experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
CIP/FCIP designation preferred
Strong understanding of commercial auto insurance operations
Knowledge of competitor wordings and market appetite (an asset)
Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
Excellent underwriting judgement and branch operations knowledge
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience with Management Information, including development and maintenance of pipelines, financial reports and performance reporting
Operational acumen and tracking of performance metrics
Excellent communication skills
