We are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a face-to-face, B2C sales role focused on connecting directly with homeowners in high-end residential neighbourhoods throughout Toronto.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities through direct outreach, building relationships with homeowners, and introducing premium residential solutions that improve privacy, comfort, security, and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighbourhoods
- Introduce and explain company services and solutions
- Identify qualified homeowners and generate leads
- Collect and organize customer information for follow-up
- Maintain daily activity and lead tracking
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with new people face-to-face
- Outgoing, driven, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in the field
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
Requirements
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Valid police background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
