(FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

Job Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at FISPAN, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating a prospecting and territory plan alongside our Account Executives to generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Constantly looking for areas of opportunity and improvement across the enterprise.
- Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential banks through various channels, including email, phone calls, events, and social media, to introduce FISPAN's services.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within target markets, focusing on banks that can benefit from FISPAN's embedded banking solutions and services.
- Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine alignment with FISPAN's offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospective clients and the sales team to further discuss how FISPAN can meet their needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in similar sales roles achieving and exceeding quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annually and this role is eligible for commission; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
