Goal: Cut and Package Vinyl Mats as per order schedule. Rotate through stations on Vinyl Mat Line with the objective to consistently produce first quality product.
This job is Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties required at each station: loading, cutting, rolling, packaging
- Rotate on a consistent basis
- Inspection of mats at all rotational positions and ability to identify defective product and packaging
- General understanding of correct procedure for packaging each size of mats
- Basic math skills for counting and stacking of mats
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Assist in labelling if requested/needed
- Assist in reinspection/rework
- Assist in inventory count
