What You’ll Do
- Assist experienced roofers with residential and commercial roofing projects
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Learn roofing techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices
- Support the crew with general labor duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable with heights and physical work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
