Store Manager – Blue Dream Cannabis
Blue Dream Cannabis is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our cannabis retail store in Vancouver. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and has strong leadership, customer service, and retail management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cannabis retail store operations
- Supervise, train, and support staff
- Maintain inventory, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing
- Handle POS transactions, cash, payroll, and basic bookkeeping
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally
- Support promotions, sales goals, and customer engagement
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and cannabis retail regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of retail management or cannabis retail experience
- Cannabis retail experience is an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory, payroll, and budgeting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
