Auto Body Repair Technician
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience working on a wide range of vehicles who takes pride in quality workmanship. Compensation is based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain organization and adhere to all safety procedures.
* Work effectively in a dynamic team environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
* Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
* Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
* Repair damage according to the estimate and manufacturer standards.
* Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
* Remove and install welded and sectioned vehicle parts.
* Assess and repair structural components.
* Operate frame equipment.
* Utilize new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, directly contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs: Sales, CP, EBITA, BHPD, NPS).
* Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
* Assist and collaborate with team members in vehicle repair and preparation.
Qualifications
* Experience working in an auto body repair environment.
* Comfortable working on a variety of vehicle types.
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
