Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through their new vehicle at delivery

Explain features, technology, and connectivity in a clear, engaging way

Assist with vehicle setup, including apps and driver profiles

Ensure each delivery is smooth, organized, and on time

Follow up with customers to answer questions after delivery

Work closely with the sales and service teams to maintain a seamless process

Have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.
Requirements:

Bilingual in English and French
-
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude

Comfort with in-vehicle technology and mobile apps
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Previous automotive or customer service experience is an asset

High school graduate or equivalent
-
OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
