At TORMAR Shipping Agency, our Marine Operations coordinators are responsible for meeting all ship needs for arrival to departure from the ports. We are looking for an experienced operations coordinator
You will be ensuring communicating with vessel, vessel owners, local port authorities to ensure a smooth turnaround time for vessel. Candidate would be coordinating all logistical requirements for the ship calls including visits to the ports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Local experience in the maritime shipping industry would be an asset
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) and basic French is an asset;
- High level time management, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors and on different work shifts
- Adhere to and promote health and safety guidelines in the workplace
