Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Tour Guide to join our team and lead visitors through engaging and informative tours. As a Tour Guide, you will showcase various attractions, historical sites, or points of interest to enhance the visitor experience.
Duties:
- Conduct guided tours for groups of visitors
- Share historical, cultural, or educational information about tour locations
- Ensure visitor safety and adherence to tour guidelines
- Answer questions and provide assistance to tour participants
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the tour
- Cleaning, maintaining building.
- Research of historical events and objects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to adhere to tour schedules
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse groups
- Strong leadership skills to guide and manage tour groups effectively
- Proficient in public speaking to engage and captivate audiences
- Ability to communicate and educate visitors effectively
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
