With a steady mix of hotel guests and local diners, you’ll be part of a kitchen that values consistency, teamwork, and a relaxed but professional atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure dishes are plated consistently and presented with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate prep and stock needs
- Assist with basic prep and support other stations as needed during service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Solid understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality
