We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Server to deliver a refined and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates precision, deep menu knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highly attentive, personalized service with impeccable attention to detail
- Guide guests through tasting menus, wine pairings, and daily specials with confidence and accuracy
- Maintain expert knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations
- Execute service standards with consistency, elegance, and efficiency
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge; wine expertise is an asset
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
