Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst – Remote (Canada)

Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support a large healthcare client. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located and authorized to work in Canada.

Required Qualifications
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) EPIC Certification – Required
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic Resolute PB application experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and professional billing workflows
- Experience configuring Epic applications in a healthcare environment
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application functionality.
- Build and maintain professional billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and collections functionality.
- Configure rules, work queues, edits, reports, and interfaces supporting revenue cycle operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic application solutions.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and new feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to improve billing processes.
- Participate in system validation, workflow optimization, and documentation.
- Ensure application configurations align with organizational standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large integrated healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of Epic revenue cycle applications and related integrations.
- Experience with workflow analysis, testing, and implementation activities.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
