REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Previous new and pre-owned automotive sales experience, customer service or hospitality management experience
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ensuring the customer’s complete satisfaction
- Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to customer inquiries
- Matching the right vehicle to customers' needs
- Using a CRM, maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling and closing a deal
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and conduct test drives
- Presenting pricing options
- Strong ability to addressing and overcoming objections
- Commit to on-going professional development
- Achieving sales goals
