We are hiring a Content Shoot Producer to support the planning, coordination, management, and execution of content shoots for Sprint Digital and our clients.
About the Role
The Content Shoot Producer will be responsible for supporting production from pre-production planning through shoot execution and post-shoot delivery coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable in fast-moving production environments, and able to manage creative, logistical, and operational details with confidence.
The Producer may also be asked to support on-camera talent needs on an ad-hoc basis during shoots to maintain continuity, support creative direction, or fulfill production requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production Planning
- Develop and support production planning for content shoots
- Assist in turning creative briefs into clear, actionable production plans
- Coordinate shot lists, call sheets, schedules, and production timelines
- Identify and prepare equipment, props, locations, and logistical requirements
- Support casting coordination where applicable
Production Coordination & On-Set Management
- Lead or assist with on-set execution of content shoots
- Keep shoots running efficiently according to schedule and creative direction
- Coordinate crew, talent, and production resources during shoot days
- Troubleshoot on-set challenges and support production continuity
- Maintain quality control standards for captured content
Talent Support & On-Camera Participation
- Coordinate talent participation during shoots
- Provide direction and support to on-camera talent when needed
- Step into on-camera talent roles when required to support production needs or creative direction
Logistics & Production Operations
- Manage shoot-day timing, setup, transitions, and wrap
- Ensure equipment, props, and assets are prepared and available
- Coordinate movement between shoot locations when applicable
- Maintain an organized production flow from setup to completion
Post-Production Handoff Support
- Organize and deliver raw footage, files, and production assets
- Ensure content is properly labelled and transferred to internal teams
- Support post-shoot documentation, notes, and production summaries
- Communicate any production issues, reshoot needs, or content gaps
Availability Requirements
Work hours will vary based on production schedules, shoot requirements, and project timelines. The contractor should be reasonably responsive during active production periods and available for scheduled shoot days, production windows, occasional weekend shoots, and extended hours when required.

Compensation
This is an independent contractor role compensated at $18-25 CAD per hour. Hours are expected to range from approximately 15–35 hours per week.
