Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with administrative software, and able to manage financial tracking tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage rent collection records using Excel and other administrative software
Upload, scan, and organize receipts into Google Drive
Maintain accurate and up-to-date expense tracking records
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Ensure proper organization of digital and physical records
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Experience with Google Drive and document management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
Good communication and time management skills
Previous administrative experience is an asset
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with bookkeeping or basic accounting practices
Experience with rent tracking or property management systems
