Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are hiring Marketing Co-op for the Fall Term with our Corporate Communications & Public Affairs team.
The Marketing Co‑op role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a practical, professional setting while supporting the Marketing & Brand team and the broader Corporate Communications team. This role contributes to the development, execution, and measurement of marketing and brand initiatives and internal operational needs. The incumbent works collaboratively with cross‑functional internal teams to support marketing campaigns, communications, and administrative activities that deliver value to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key elements of this role include::
Marketing, Campaign and Communications Support

Assist with the development, execution, and measurement of marketing and communication activities that contribute to a strong customer experience.

Support small to mid‑sized marketing campaigns.

Assist with gathering and developing content for various channels such as website, customer and employee newsletters emails and social media..
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support

Work collaboratively with marketing, corporate communications, customer experience, customer solutions, and other internal teams on go‑to‑market plans, tactics, and related activities.

Contribute to coordinated marketing efforts by supporting internal stakeholders with communication materials and campaign execution.
Research & Communications

Gather research and prepare communication materials for internal and external audiences.

Support the development of clear and accurate content to inform and engage stakeholders.
Administrative & Operational Support

Complete administrative tasks related to marketing and communications initiatives and program support.
Health & Safety
-
Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of co‑workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations.
These skills will make you successful::
Education & Experience
-
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or Commerce program.

Minimum of second year of study completed.
Technical/Job Specific Knowledge and Abilities
-
Action‑oriented and well organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

Experience with MailChimp and digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) is considered an asset.

Knowledge of the industry sector is considered an asset.
