Job Overview
Cosw Cookies is an Edmonton-based company specializing in premium stuffed cookies, corporate gifting, catering, and wholesale partnerships.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Representative to help identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the growth of our corporate and wholesale sales channels.
This position is offered on an independent contractor basis and provides flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Promote Cosw Cookies' corporate gifting, catering, and wholesale services
- Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, and other business development activities
- Present products and services to potential clients
- Support the development of long-term business relationships
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, or related fields is considered an asset
- Comfortable building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation includes:
- Commission on new client sales
- Additional commission opportunities based on repeat business

Additional Information
