Join our dynamic team as a Sales Consultant at our Red Deer location where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your negotiation skills, market knowledge, and sales expertise to meet and exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Management to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Engage with potential customers over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assisting the Sales team with marketing items, billing, and administrative duties
- Filing and tracking multiple location truck deals and inventory
- Offer Sales Support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Registering warranties and in service dates
- Drive sales by understanding market trends, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate products or services
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette to engage customers effectively
- High level of Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new systems with ease
- A positive attitude, able to handle slow days and busy days with optimism
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in Sales Support roles is valuable
- Heavy Duty experience an asset
