Our products are designed to combine exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency.We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand our wholesale client base and grow recurring orders.Position OverviewThe Pastry & Dessert Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, securing, and maintaining wholesale accounts. This role is commission-based and ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys building long-term business relationships.You will work independently to generate leads, conduct tastings, negotiate placements, and grow recurring revenue accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential wholesale clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, caterers)
- Present product offerings and conduct tastings
- Develop customized proposals based on client needs
- Close new accounts and secure recurring orders
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and upsell seasonal products
- Track leads, conversions, and sales activity
- Represent the brand professionally at meetings and events
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based earnings tied directly to sales performance
- Commission percentage based on net sales generated
- Recurring commission on repeat orders (if applicable)
- Bonus incentives may be available for hitting sales milestones
- Flexible schedule with unlimited earning potential

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (food, hospitality, CPG, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable with outreach and cold prospecting
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Basic understanding of margins and pricing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field-based)
