Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to work alongside the Maintenance department and assist guests. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. The position will allow you to work with all businesses on site both indoors and outdoors.
Schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday from 8am-4pm
Duties
- Perform essential routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests
- Collect supplies off-site and deliver them to the correct companies
- Furniture Deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness of the property as a whole
- Animal care
- Support on-site companies and guests as needed
- Farm work as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to work outdoors during the summer and winter months
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic
- Proof of Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Pay: $16.25-$25.00 per hour
