Position Summary
KidLogic Supply Staff play a vital role in maintaining consistency, care, and professionalism across our programs. As a Supply Staff member, you will step into various classrooms to support children and educators, ensuring a smooth, safe, and nurturing environment while upholding KidLogic' s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support & Flexibility
- Step into different age groups (infant, toddler, preschool, school-age) as needed
- Follow established classroom routines, schedules, and expectations
- Support ongoing programming and activities with minimal disruption
- Adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and children
Child Guidance & Care
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children through responsive interactions
- Support children’s social-emotional needs using co-regulation and positive guidance strategies
- Assist with daily routines including meals, toileting/diapering, rest time, and transitions
- Ensure children feel safe, supported, and engaged throughout the day
Health, Safety & Supervision
- Maintain active supervision and ensure children’s safety at all times
- Follow all KidLogic policies, CCEYA regulations, and health/safety procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and changing needs
Team Collaboration
- Take direction from room staff and leadership with professionalism and openness
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Step in where needed and demonstrate initiative
Professional Conduct
- Represent KidLogic with professionalism, reliability, and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for children, families, and staff
- Be punctual, dependable, and prepared for varying daily assignments
- Demonstrate flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- RECE in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators or relevant experience working with children
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Up-to-date immunizations

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
