What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review prescriptions
- Offer patient counseling and medication assessments
- Work alongside physicians and healthcare teams
- Follow Alberta College of Pharmacy regulations
What You Bring
- Current license (or eligibility) with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Solid clinical expertise and strong patient communication abilities
- Retail pharmacy software experience (preferred)
- A dedication to community-focused patient care
Compensation & Perks
- $75 - $80/hour – competitive for Alberta retail pharmacy
- $30,000 signing bonus
- Retention bonuses available
- RSP – 4% of base annual salary contributed to group RSP
- Short-term incentive plan – yearly bonus for pharmacists (variable)
- 4 weeks total paid time off – 2 weeks vacation + 1 additional week + 4 personal days
