The Online Orders Representative serves as a key resource person, providing support, guidance, and after-sales service to customers across Canada who have completed online transactions.
In this role, the individual also coordinates with the appropriate teams at Master to ensure the procurement and delivery of equipment and parts ordered online. This position requires a strong knowledge of the HVAC-R industry, as the Online Orders Representative must verify the accuracy of online orders.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Provide exceptional and professional online customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries through online chat and email.
- Assess customer needs and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Process orders using various internal software systems.
- Coordinate deliveries related to online orders.
- Communicate the team’s needs and challenges to the Virtual Branches and Digital Marketing teams to ensure the e-commerce website is aligned with customer requirements.
- Order out-of-stock parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buyers and suppliers.
- Assist other members of the Online Orders team as needed.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Our Team:
Qualifications
3–5 years of customer service experience in the construction or retail industry (preferably within the HVAC-R sector).
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
HVAC-R industry-specific training or certifications (an asset).
Bilingual (French and English).
Compensation Information
Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year
Additional Compensation: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, in accordance with applicable laws and employment standards.
