Retail Associate & Content Creator

At 1000 Palms Boutique, we pride ourselves on creating an elevated, welcoming shopping experience while curating some of the most sought-after lingerie, swimwear, and lounge brands. We’re looking for a Retail Associate & Content Creator who can bring that experience to life both in-store and online.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Assist with bra fittings and product recommendations (we’ll train you)
- Support day-to-day store operations and merchandising
- Create engaging content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts)
- Help bring our brand voice and aesthetic to life through social media
- Be confident on camera and behind it
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong sense of personal style and an eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social content
- Positive, outgoing, and confident with customers
- Passion for fashion, lingerie, and boutique retail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with Instagram or content creation
- Love small business and want to grow with a brand
- Have retail or customer service experience

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
