Expected annual compensation for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 (comprised of $22/hour for 40-45 hours per week + monthly performance bonuses).
Main duties include:
- Handling daily customer visits in the service drive thru, greeting guests upon arrival and managing their service visit.
- Assisting in the diagnosis of customer vehicle issues, inspecting vehicles, and documenting customer issues as required.
- Reviewing and selling required and recommended service repair and maintenance work.
- Processing all customer repair order paperwork and handling payment.
- Establish clear pricing and time estimates and ensure promise time commitments are met.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers both externally and internally.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Support the service team with other tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant or similar is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Proficient computer skills
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic
- The ability to perform the physical requirements of the role including standing, walking, sitting, squatting, bending, twisting, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
