Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in meal preparation or food service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that delight customers.

Pay: $16.48-$16.85 per hour
