CEM Resorts is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Toronto. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

- Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
- Assist guests with check-ins, directions, and basic information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate reservations when required
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management teams for guest support
- Respond to guest concerns and help resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email handling, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly personality with a customer-first approach
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
