Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for food preparation and service. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in every dish served. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase creativity, manage a busy kitchen environment, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Currently we are seeking someone to take over the role of an the Executive Chef position for our organization, as we continue to expand our different brands. We are looking at having someone coming in, and learning our brand, working within our brand, and developing systems that will lead to the position of taking over the umbrella. We are looking for someone that really understands what the guests are wanting, and to create amazing, craveable food that guests will be flocking to come back to. We are looking for someone that truly knows their craft, and has the ability to adapt to different environments, cities, cultures, brands, etc.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including head chefs, , sous chefs, cooks, and food service personnel
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency
- Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining operational feasibility
- Inventories / Food Cost / Consistency / Labour / Recipes / Banquets / Large Parties
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Lead by example in serving customers with professionalism and hospitality
- Coordinate with restaurant management to meet service goals and customer satisfaction standards
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as a Head Chef with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and serve customers professionally
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
- Has, at minimum, level 1 food safe, and first aid level 1

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$86,000.00 per year
