Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design & Digital Content Coordinator
We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Full-Time Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design & Digital Content Coordinator to support the growth of multiple brands in the dance, event, entertainment, and rental industries.
This is a full-time position for someone who can take ownership of our digital presence, improve our online visibility, manage content across multiple platforms, create promotional graphics, support marketing campaigns, and help keep our brands active, professional, and engaging.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining company websites
- Managing SEO for multiple brand websites
- Researching keywords and identifying opportunities to improve search visibility
- Optimizing website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, image tags, and written content
- Writing SEO-friendly website copy, blog posts, service pages, landing pages, and promotional content
- Monitoring website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO plugins
- Helping improve local SEO, including Google Business Profile updates
- Creating and updating website landing pages for classes, events, rentals, and promotions
- Writing and posting social media content
- Planning and helping execute promotional campaigns for events, classes, rentals, and special offers
- Designing promotional visuals for social media, websites, newsletters, and printed materials
- Creating graphics for Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, Facebook banners, posters, flyers, and email campaigns
- Maintaining consistent branding across all company materials
- Updating existing Canva templates and creating new branded templates
- Responding to social media messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Helping manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other platforms
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Keeping promotions, class schedules, event details, and website information up to date
- Monitoring online engagement and suggesting ways to increase visibility, leads, and sales
- Supporting marketing for multiple brands and projects
- Assisting with other related administrative and marketing tasks as needed
SEO Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with on-page SEO
- Experience with keyword research
- Ability to write SEO-friendly website content
- Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with WordPress SEO tools such as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or similar plugins
- Ability to optimize existing website pages for better search visibility
- Understanding of basic website structure, internal linking, and content organization
- Ability to track SEO performance and suggest improvements
Graphic Design Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Canva
- Good eye for layout, typography, colour, and branding
- Ability to create clean, modern, professional promotional designs
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, or similar tools is an asset
- Experience designing for social media, events, or service-based businesses is preferred
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative ideas
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation
- Has graphic design experience for digital and/or print materials
- Is comfortable updating websites using WordPress, Wix, Shopify, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
- Writes clearly and professionally in English
- French is a strong asset
- Spanish is an asset
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Has a good eye for branding, design, layout, typography, and promotional messaging
- Is comfortable responding to customer inquiries in a professional tone
- Is proactive and able to suggest marketing ideas, improvements, and promotional strategies
- Has an interest in dance, events, wellness, entertainment, or creative industries
Assets:
- Experience with Canva Pro
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailjet, or similar
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content
- Photography or content creation experience
- Experience creating flyers, posters, event visuals, and promotional campaigns
- Experience managing multiple brands or business accounts
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Schedule must be adaptable based on business needs, including daytime, evening, weekend, event, and promotional requirements
- In-person or hybrid work in Montreal, depending on experience and role requirements
- Compensation based on experience

Pay: $39,452.19-$46,889.53 per year
