The 14th Ave Pub is looking for seasoned hospitality professionals to join our tight-knit, fast-paced team. If you are a career-minded server or bartender who prides themselves on exceptional service, efficient table maintenance, and building genuine community connections, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with cash handling skills
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in setting up the bar area for service and restocking supplies as needed
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including specials, to answer guest questions confidently
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service is a must.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clear
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Positive attitude with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Provide top-tier, efficient table service while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate meticulous table maintenance and uphold strict cleanliness and organizational standards.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
