Responsibilities:
- Lawn cutting & property maintenance
- Snow removal (hand + equipment)
- Property cleanups & debris removal
- Interior house cleaning (vacant homes)
- Security inspections of vacant properties
- Occupancy checks & documentation
- Changing locks & securing properties
- Taking detailed photos & completing reports
- Packing and moving contents
- Minor repairs (flooring, painting, patching drywall, small fixes)
Requirements:
- Valid G driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
- Comfortable using tools and small equipment
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in vacant properties
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow SOPs and complete digital reports
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred:
- Experience in landscaping, construction, property maintenance, or restoration
- Basic understanding of how to use power tools (minor repairs only)
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
