Double Walkie Pallet Operator – Afternoon Shift
Location: Caledon, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Double Walkie Pallet and Reach Operators to join our warehouse team in Caledon, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a double walkie pallet truck to move, pick, and stage products within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a double walkie pallet truck safely and efficiently.
- Pick and transport products according to order specifications.
- Stage, move, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload products as required.
- Ensure accuracy of picked orders and inventory movements.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a double walkie pallet and Reach Truck is required.
- Valid equipment certification is considered an asset.
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Ability to work the afternoon shift on a consistent basis.
