NW Cleaners is a Calgary-based residential and short-term rental cleaning company. We help homeowners and Airbnb/STR hosts keep their properties spotless and guest-ready. We're growing fast and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential deep cleans and standard recurring cleans
- Complete short-term rental turnovers between guest stays (stripping/making beds, restocking linens and essentials, sanitizing high-touch areas)
- Follow property-specific checklists to ensure consistent, guest-ready standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and report any maintenance issues or damage
- Manage your own time efficiently across multiple properties per shift
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to travel between Calgary properties
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability, including some weekends (STR turnovers often happen on checkout/check-in days)
- Prior cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
