Applicants must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care.
- Provide the exceptional customer service that Waterford Senior Living is known for.

Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent Health Care Aide qualification.
- Experience in retirement living or long-term care is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centred care.
