Nielsen Roofing & Sheet Metal LTD is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our metal division. If you know your way around cladding, can keep a crew moving, and don’t mind solving problems before your second coffee, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Plan ahead so crews aren’t standing around wondering what’s next
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare shop orders for flashing and custom profiles
- Lead, train, and support crew members on site
- Keep projects on track, on spec, and up to our quality standards
- Maintain a strong safety culture (no shortcuts)
- Complete daily production reports using company software
- Track and confirm crew hours for payroll
- Report progress and issues to the Metal Division Superintendent
What You Bring
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in sheet metal, roofing, or cladding
- Strong background in architectural cladding and rainscreen systems
- Sheet metal experience is a must; metal roofing experience is a bonus
- Trade certification is an asset
- Ability to read drawings, measure accurately, and coordinate with the shop
- Organized, reliable, and able to keep a job running smoothly
- Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction sites
- A good attitude with both customers an co-workers

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
