- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, and related rental equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system faults.
- Troubleshoot CAN bus networks, electric-over-hydraulic controls, and related systems.
- Service and repair diesel and dual-fuel engines, including fuel, air, cooling, and exhaust systems.
- Disassemble, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and mechanical components such as pumps, gearboxes, and cylinders.
- Complete inspections, testing, load checks, service records, and parts documentation to support safe, reliable fleet operation.
Requirements
- Heavy equipment repair experience with transferable skills from fleet, rental, truck, construction, or industrial equipment environments.
- Working knowledge of CAN bus systems, electric-over-hydraulic controls, and related equipment systems.
- Hands-on experience repairing diesel and dual-fuel engines.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable team player with safe work habits and the ability to work independently.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing aerial lifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or telehandlers.
- 421A or 310T trade license.
- Previous experience in a rental equipment or fleet service environment.

Compensation:
- $40.00 – $48.00/hour based on experience and certifications
- Overtime available after 44 hours per week
