Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian Teacher to instruct elementary and high school students in a faith-based educational environment. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere, promote academic excellence, and integrate Christian values into daily lessons. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for elementary and high school levels.
- Incorporate Christian principles and values into daily instruction to support students’ moral development.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and observations; provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for lesson planning, grading, and communication with students and parents.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students requiring extra help in subjects such as Math, Reading, or Writing.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, discipline, and active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop school programs, extracurricular activities, and faith-based initiatives.
- Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns related to academic or spiritual development.
- Proofread educational materials for accuracy and clarity, ensuring quality content delivery.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in classroom teaching at elementary or high school levels is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or working with children is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Math instruction, teaching methodologies, and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience with tutoring or individualized instruction to support diverse learners.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms for educational administration is advantageous.
- Understanding of special education needs and inclusive teaching strategies is a plus.
- A genuine commitment to Christian values and the ability to integrate faith into teaching practices.

Pay: $56,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
