Server – Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, Guelph
Position Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch environment. You will ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient, and accurate service while maintaining Stacked's high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude.
Learn the full menu and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation.
Refill coffee, water, and beverages proactively.
Check back with guests to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve concerns immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized section, server station, and dining room.
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
Process payments accurately and follow all cash handling procedures.
Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to provide a seamless guest experience.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Previous serving experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Performance Expectations Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
Maintain accuracy in orders and billing. Keep your section clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
Support teammates whenever needed.
Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
Hours Morning and afternoon shifts (approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Weekend and statutory holiday availability is required.
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
