ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who is ready to take on a key role in our company from day one. You will be the voice of SESSI Fire Protection the first impression our clients get. We need someone sharp, confident, and hungry to succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from clients
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and inspections
- Explain our fire protection services to clients in a clear and engaging way
- Convince and convert potential clients into loyal customers
- Follow up with clients and build lasting relationships
- Manage client files and keep our database up to date
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handle client inquiries through our website and online platforms
- Assist in preparing quotes, reports and invoices

Pay: $17.69 per hour
