Achilles Mazda of Brantford is seeking a Client Care Representative / Automotive Sales Professional to join our team.
We are a family-owned and operated import dealership known for professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships—both with our clients and with our employees. We are selective about who joins our team and are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and values doing things the right way.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys helping people make confident, informed decisions and prefers a respectful, team-based environment over high-pressure sales tactics. Automotive experience is welcome but not required—we focus on hiring strong professionals and supporting them with structured onboarding and ongoing leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional, confident, and courteous manner
- Listen carefully to client needs and accurately document vehicle and transaction details
- Clearly explain options, recommendations, and next steps
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate client support
- Keep clients informed throughout their experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer-facing environment
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and follow-through

What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems

- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- A professional attitude, sound judgment, and strong work ethic
- Client-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar environment is an asset
- Automotive sales experience is an asset, not a requirement
- OMVIC Certification
- PBS experience is considered a strong asset
