Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hiring Assistant Manager, Server, and Line Cook to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members for server and line cook positions
- Support the hiring manager in evaluating candidate qualifications and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Deliver outstanding food service by taking orders, serving guests promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, dining areas, and storage spaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours and special events
- Turkish language is a benefit
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Proven skills in serving, meal preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchen or dining settings demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including order taking, food prep, and maintaining hygiene standards
