Black Mountain Landscape Ltd. is hiring a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Southwest Calgary.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and enjoys working outdoors. Most of our clients are premium residential properties, acreages, and commercial sites.
Responsibilities:
* Lawn mowing and trimming
* Edging sidewalks and garden beds
* Blowing off driveways and walkways
* Weed control and garden bed maintenance
* Shrub trimming and seasonal landscape work
* Spring and fall cleanups
* Operating commercial landscaping equipment safely
*Shovelling Snow
Requirements:
* Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (required)
* Clean driving record
* Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
* Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position Details:
* Competitive hourly pay based on experience starting at $20.00-$25.00 per hour
* Full-time seasonal work with consistent hours
* Opportunity for year-round work with snow removal
* Immediate start available
