Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, ensuring that our team delivers high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient practice operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff, budgets, and patient relations in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage all treatment, major treatment, financial agreements.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities/ Hiring/ Onboarding/ Terminations/ AM meetings/ Team meetings and preformation reviews of employees.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including maintaining accurate electronic medical records. IPAC, etc.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment; order as necessary to ensure smooth operations within budget
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale among staff.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated terminology and advancements in dental practices to ensure best practices are followed.

- Monthly treatment acceptance goals
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office or acute care setting is required, knowledge of Tracker software.
- Recall max experience.
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management within a dental practice.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise team effectively while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- DPM certificate is encouraged
- CPR required
- WHIMS is required
- IPAC certifications required

Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
- Dental office management: 2 years (required)
