Full-Time Cook – Supportive Facility
We are a small company with a big contract, seeking a full-time cook to help prepare meals for clients with physical and developmental disabilities.
What we’re looking for:
- Preferred 2 yrs experience in cooking and kitchen prep
- Hard-working with a positive attitude
- Comfortable and patient working around clients with disabilities
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Has food safety certificate or willing to get it asap
- Has first aid/cpr certification or willing to get it asap
- Must pass a police and vulnerable sector check due to working with our clientele.
- Understands the importance of food safety practices and communication within a team.
- Understands the effect a good meal can have on those they serve.
- Has a desire to help and serve
