IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring Outdoor General Labourers to help with various tasks in an open-air environment Do you enjoy fresh air, physical work, and being part of a reliable team? We work with a number of construction and landscaping companies in and around the Calgary area.
Job Types: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: Starting from $20/hr
Schedule: Varies by Employer
Work Location: In person – Calgary, AB
What You’ll Do:
1. Site and yard clean-up.
2. Perform manual labour tasks and support operations.
3. Support skilled trades on the job site as assigned.
4. Adhere to all safety standards on an off the jobsite.
5. Behave in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, their co-workers, and others on the jobsites.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in the construction industry required.
2. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
3. Self-motivating individuals who are able to follow direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
4. Basic math skills.
5. Understand and follows verbal and written directions.
6. Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication and reliability.
7. Open to overtime on weekdays and/or weekends, when required.
8. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Special Conditions Of Employment:
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be able to work long hours and occasional weekends
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots
- Must be Health & Safety conscious
