Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning using appropriate tools and supplies
- Laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and client expectations
- Occasionally assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during each visit
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills to ensure client satisfaction
