About Us
Westport Daycare is reopening under new leadership and an enhanced operational structure. Our goal is to provide a nurturing, engaging, and compliant program that supports children’s growth, creativity, and well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.
We are currently seeking Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) to join our passionate team as we prepare for reopening.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and caring classroom environment
- Observe and document children’s developmental progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with families, colleagues, and supervisors
- Comply with all standards under the CCEYA and Westport policies
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early learning and child development
