Mastermind Montessori Schools (MMS) is looking for a passionate ECE or Montessori-trained teacher to join our team! Since 2010, MMS has been providing a safe and nurturing school environment for young children, founded on strong relationships between our students, parents, teachers, and staff members. We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join us on this exciting journey of growth and expansion. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- RECE or OCT, or Certified Montessori Teacher
- Excellent knowledge of all Montessori materials
- Mature, presentable, friendly, caring, patient, and responsible
- Creative and passionate about working with kids
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- English speaking
This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive compensation package with a salary commensurate with experience. In addition, all full-time employees will receive six to eight days of paid vacation/sick leave and medical benefits, including dental, vision, medical, massage, acupuncture, and physiotherapy.
